We know first hand. Since 1991 our leadership has been involved with all phases of management issues. From organic startup to a management buyout, to rapid growth and then exiting the business, we have been there. As you may have found out, there just is not much help for companies in the $1 million to $50 million size.
We started these services to help you. We work with you, advise you, guide processes, and moderate the path. We are part of your team working with you for you. We simply do not just tell you what is wrong or right. We help you get it right!
Our Leadership
BJ Fungaroli brings his 30 years of experience to work for you. While completing his MBA in 2004, BJ led the buyout of his industrial services firm he managed. That firm grew over the next 15 years to over 400 employees, award-winning fiscal management, national safety honors, and such a strong cultural commitment to profitable growth that the firm grew over double digits, on average, year after year. In 2018, he led the sale of his firm, though remaining a significant shareholder in the new entity. Today, BJ leads these consulting and coaching efforts of the consulting arm of KHH while pursuing his doctoral studies at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Brian Sanders brings over 20 years of experience from the industrial construction markets. Working hand and hand with BJ, he led the active pursuits of the entity. His formal education in Industrial Hygiene, which parlayed into his early career as an industry consultant and then OSHA compliance officer. He seamlessly made the switch to specialty construction, primarily leading the operational side of the business. Under his direct leadership, the operation of our company flourished throughout satellite offices, creation of the advanced processes in data-driven and technological advancements in production as well as award-winning programs within the safety element of our businesses. Today, Brian leads the development arm and targets select capital deployment into new ventures.
Simple. The big guys want the big clients. We are not structured that way. We take on a handful of clients who we know we can help. We do not engage with a client if there is not a fit. In fact, we will even help you find a better fit if we cannot help.
Most firms of this size do not have know-how or sophistication to build a comprehensive management approach.
That is where we come in. Whether it is marketing, IT, safety, finance, HR, etc we are there to help you build a better infrastructure.
